SymQuest needed a partner to collaborate on the creation of a marketing strategy to achieve four goals: boost their public profile, synchronize the three areas of their expertise, increase sales and streamline customer service. PostScript assisted in the creation of one- and five-year marketing plans.

To address the four challenges, PostScript designed and wrote a series of dynamic pieces, featuring a new look that was consistent and reflected the sentiment of the company’s mission, ridding the company of existing corporate materials and an identity that was not uniform and lacked the necessary spark.

An overall public relations plan was crafted to include press releases about employee promotions and accomplishments, as well as seminars and events. In addition, promotional event support was provided, including planning, advertising/pre-press, logistical advice, invitations, signage and follow-up press.

To punctuate SymQuest’s new image, PostScript created unique advertising and promotions, including: a colorful truck wrap; three-dimensional, duratrans advertising at the Burlington International Airport; and memorable and unique impact mailings.
